Arnissa O’Bannon, RN, MBA, BS, BSN, is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Midwest Career Source Vocational School, bringing a diverse and dynamic professional background spanning healthcare, military service, transportation, and business leadership. With more than 14 years of experience in healthcare and case management, she combines clinical expertise with a strong commitment to expanding access to quality training and career pathways for underserved populations.

As a Registered Nurse, Ms. O’Bannon has experience across multiple hospital and clinical specialties, giving her a well-rounded understanding of patient care and healthcare operations. Her career is further distinguished by eight years of military service and 14 years as a Railroad engineer—experience that reflects exceptional discipline, leadership, and adaptability across industries.

Ms. O’Bannon holds a Master of Business Administration from Colorado Technical University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Methodist College. Her unique blend of clinical knowledge, operational experience, and business acumen positions her as a forward-thinking leader in workforce development.
