Our paid apprenticeship model helps hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare providers rebuild their workforce during a critical staffing shortage. At the same time, it opens the door for individuals who want to pursue a meaningful career in healthcare but face real-life barriers that make traditional education or training difficult.

Many of our students navigate significant challenges, including housing instability, childcare needs, transportation limitations, literacy, and mental health struggles. These barriers often prevent talented and motivated individuals from entering the healthcare field.

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we are able to support fundraising for healthcare initiatives that provide personalized support plans and wraparound services to help students overcome these obstacles. From transportation and childcare assistance to mentorship and career guidance, these resources empower participants to complete their training and build stable, long-term careers in healthcare, strengthening both their futures and the communities they serve.
