Through our paid apprenticeship model, students gain hands-on experience working at local hospitals and nursing homes throughout Southern Illinois, and the surrounding Metro East communities. While employed, students complete industry-recognized training and certifications, earning a paycheck from their employer as they build a meaningful healthcare career.
