Our program accelerates training and certifications while participants earn a paycheck as employees, as they learn with one of our employer partner organizations. Designed to tackle the current healthcare workforce shortage, it invites individuals who are passionate about helping others to join the field and make a meaningful, lasting impact on communities across Central and Southern Illinois.
Many of our participants are working to overcome significant challenges, from homelessness and limited access to childcare or transportation to literacy barriers, domestic violence, trauma, and mental or emotional health struggles. These obstacles don’t define them, but they can stand in the way of opportunity.
That’s why we walk alongside every participant. Our team creates a personalized support plan tailored to their unique needs, aligning social services with their training plan to ensure they have the stability and confidence to succeed not just in the classroom, but in the workplace and beyond.
